刪除 SULOK 帳戶與資料
即使你已刪除或無法開啟 App，仍可在此提出帳戶刪除要求。
提出要求
- 按下方按鈕，使用你註冊 SULOK 時的電郵地址寄出要求。
- 主旨請保留「刪除 SULOK 帳戶」。如使用另一電郵，請在內容提供你的註冊電郵或用戶名稱。
- 我們會回覆核實帳戶擁有人身份，並在核實後處理刪除。一般會在 7 日內完成。

會刪除的資料
- SULOK 登入帳戶、個人檔案及推送通知識別資料
- 收藏、願望清單、刊登、出價、聊天訊息及用戶上載內容
- 其他可直接連結至該帳戶的個人資料
為履行法律責任、防止詐騙、保障平台及處理爭議而必須保留的最少紀錄，可能會在必要期限內保留；其餘資料會被刪除或不可逆地匿名化。
App 內即時刪除
如你仍可登入 SULOK，可於「設定 → 刪除帳戶」直接完成。使用本網頁毋須重新安裝 App。
Delete your SULOK account
You can request deletion without reinstalling or opening the app. Email sulok@suloktcg.com from your registered address with the subject “Delete SULOK account”. We will verify ownership and normally complete the request within 7 days. Your account and associated personal data will be deleted or irreversibly anonymised, except for the minimum records that must be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.
